- All rooms are attended by our staff who are keen to help with anything you might want. Laundry and ironing can be requested.
- Room service is available whenever you like, and breakfast in your room between 5.30-10am.

- Water from the tap is not potable, we provide complimentary bottles of drinking water.

CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation made 35 to 15 days prior to arrival incurs 50% charge of full stay
- Cancellation made 14 to 8 days prior to arrival incurs 75% charge of full stay
- 03 No show or cancellation made 7 days prior to incurs 100% charge of full stay
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Check in is at 02:00PM and check out is at 12:00 Noon.
- We will endeavor to allow you to remain in the room until the designated departure time and access the room early if that is when you have arrived.
- If this is not possible we will hold luggage and find you your own space in the hotel to be comfortable.
FAMILY
- Children under 5 years stay free
- Extra beds cost 140USD per person, including breakfast.
- Maximum 1 adult or two children extra per room.
- Please let us know if you would like to arrange babysitting or children’s activities.

POOL
Start the day with a splash or cool off and relax on a lounger on the decking beside our pool, set amid the lotus ponds and tropical palms of our gardens.
GIFT SHOP & LIBRARY
Our gift shop stocks unique traditional Rakhine craft items, hand made locally or with the help of special craft groups across Myanmar, as well as books and postcards of the area.
There is also a small library of books about the area, the rest of Myanmar and some holiday reads for your use while staying.
GARDENS
The gardens present a diverse mix of color, local flora, palms, lotus ponds and Rakhine greenery with eight year growth. They are bordered to the south b y a copse of inland mangrove, and run along the bank of the Aung Datt creek that runs through Mrauk U – a serene escape from the bustle of the town.
